Historical Review of the Property

The beautiful vista, the power of the Coast Mountains, and the inspirational magic of pristine Atlin lake were the reason why the founder, director, and owner, in 1978, chose the land for the Retreat Centre and his private home.

For the last 25 years the buildings facilitated a small-scale Summer Art School with 21 participants, and the base camp for Atlin Quest Wilderness Adventure Programs.

For a review of the website, which now just advertises the Atlin Quest wilderness adventure program, please visit www.atlinart.com.  The website shows photos of the location of the Atlin Art Centre and the Atlin Quest Wilderness Adventure Programs.

As the owner is retiring from teaching, the property is now on the market for sale and the programs are scaled down.
