- A winterized residence building, with three separate apartments, sleeps 12 people.
Size: 165 square meters; 1,485 square ft.
- A second winterized building includes another apartment (currently a caretaker's
apartment) and a flexible space area (at present an art studio) that could be used as part
of the apartment as a communal living room or classroom space for a camp or school
operation. The lower floor is a large woodworking shop, wired with 220 &120
volt (maintenance workshop).
Size: 125 square meters; 1,120 square ft.
- A small, winterized cabin with a loft, in the spruce forest has a panoramic view of the
mountains. This is a favorite hide-away and has been frequently chosen as a writer's retreat.
Size: 48 square meters; 428 square ft.
- Seven large deluxe, prospector-style tents (wall tents), with permanent platforms and walls,
can be used as sleeping spaces and/or areas for programs and events. Three tents (4m x 5m)
with bunk beds and cooking facilities have been sited to take advantage of the mountain
views. The remaining four tents (5m x 7m) - currently artists' studios, are set together near the pond.
Size - total of 7 tents: 200 square meters; 1,800 square ft.
- Additional facilities include a wood-fired sauna and hot tub, a salmon smokehouse, storage sheds, and a greenhouse.
Total size: 30 square meters; 275 square ft.
- The buildings are connected by a road within the property, as well as by a network of scenic footpaths and small bridges.
- In total, there are accommodations for 26 people during the summer months. During the winter it can accommodate
16 people with all utilities.
